Finance Manager / CFO

Our Client is an international company with extended sales operation (70 units) in Hungary. For their further development now we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a permanent emphasis to manage the full business control cycle. He/she will have a strategic role within the Hungarian organization and be involved in strategic planning and various projects. Responsibilities include supervising all financial personnel, coordinating and managing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, managing a team of finance professionals, logistics and IT and coordinating annual audits. As a top manager should co-operate daily with the Managing Director and all the management team members. You are the ideal candidate if you have a University degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field; at least 5 years relevant experience and retail experience in an international environment. Fluent working English is a must; Medical devices industry experience could be an advantage. Budgeting, KPI management and especially Sales monitoring is crucial! Execution of HQ Strategy goes together with representation of local interests.
