Our Client is an international retail company dealing with second hand clothes and is a member of an international network of non-profit aid organizations in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and Latin America, all working in the field of international solidarity, charity, cooperation and development. Now we are searching for Retail Manager in their team in Slovakia with some responsibilities in the Eastern part of Czech Republic. The new retail manager will be supervising the current Slovakian network (20+ Shops) and selecting, hiring, motivating, mentoring shop personnel. The new colleague will open new shops, will be responsible for product marketing and visual merchandising. He/she frequently needs to travel, mainly in the region of mid-Slovakia. The most convenient domicile to cover the region would be the area of Zilina-Trencin. The ideal candidate has a strong sales experience, entrepreneurial skills, business acumen, and has excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, is able to manage teams at disperse locations. The retail experience is a must. Fluent English language knowledge is crucial. He/she is not afraid of versatile tasks. Our client offers an attractive package in parallel with the significant role in the company. In case of matching requirements and qualifications we pay minimum EUR 2500 per month as gross salary.
