Our client is the Germany based Panasonic Electric Works Europe AG as Panasonic Corporation’s Industrial device European headquarters, focusing on automation and electric parts with wide range of products. Company employee’s number counts up to 300 and it offers high level technological support and customized solutions. To strengthen their team now they are looking for a Sales Manager individual to lead sales solutions focusing in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and partially in Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo belong also to the geographic responsibility.

The Sales Manager has full spectrum responsibility over the region’s business growth. Works independently and has reporting obligation towards the Austrian headquarters. The applicant’s duties are managing and supporting the company’s current customer base, finding and earning new potential clients by gauging the market. The actual client portfolio provides stable turnover and the regional market share represents a long term perspective.

The ideal candidate has electrical or mechatronic engineer qualification, experience gained from B2B market by selling electrical equipment and fluent English language knowledge plus as an advantage any local language knowledge from the countries listed above. It is also an advantage to have any gained experience from laser engraving or laser welding related technology and automotive customer relations experience.
