The Manager oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Ensures continuous engineering support to avoid production stop and standard high quality manufacturing. Coordinates the development of production tests applied in the manufacturing process. Develops, maintains and updates required documentation and standard operating procedures for the operating areas as well as develops training information to the management. Controls factors that affect manufacturing costs. Oversees product construction and testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project and also manages projects.
