The new Director will be responsible for Business Development Planning and Client Relationship Management. You will develop and deliver a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and budget achievement. You will monitor market trends in the chemical, printing and/or packaging business, so as to foresee opportunities and challenges. You will work as part of a management team and leading a smaller team of 4 sales people motivating and coaching them to reach sales targets. You will be also responsible for building and sustaining the customer relationships and consequently raising our Client’s market share with its product portfolio within mostly printing and packaging customers in order to maintain revenue growth. The position is directly reporting to the Regional Manager.
